VE Compliance (DSM) for EPCs in Gibraltar

The GSBG played a key role in supporting the adoption of VE Compliance for EPC assessments in Gibraltar. Through its advocacy and engagement, the Department of Environment now accepts Dynamic Simulation Modelling (DSM), enabling more accurate assessments that better recognise passive design measures such as daylighting, natural ventilation, and building form.
